Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid outdoor program enrolments with Plantprfilteror. All prices are in AUD.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have automatic consumer guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill, fit for purpose, and within a reasonable time. If we fail to meet a major guarantee, you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund. This policy does not limit those rights.
2. Cooling-Off Period
If you enrol online or by phone, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase provided the program has not commenced. Email helpdesk@plantprfilteror.world with your enrolment details.
3. Cancellation by You
- More than 7 days before start: full refund minus any disclosed non-refundable booking fee (max $15 AUD)
- 3–7 days before start: 50% refund or credit toward a future block within 6 months
- Less than 3 days before start: no refund, though credit may be offered at our discretion for documented emergencies
4. Cancellation by Us
If we cancel due to severe weather (per BOM warnings), insufficient enrolment, or guide unavailability, you receive a full refund or transfer to an alternative date at no extra cost.
5. Missed Sessions
Individual missed sessions within a block are generally non-refundable. Where possible, we may offer attendance at a parallel session subject to availability.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email helpdesk@plantprfilteror.world with your name, enrolment reference, and reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days. Unresolved matters may be escalated under our Complaints Policy or referred to Consumer Affairs Victoria.
